About
Our vision is a society where all dogs and cats are owned, loved and cared for. Our mission is to encourage and facilitate the spaying and neutering of owned dogs and cats to help prevent pet overpopulation and all the suffering that entails. To that end, we work throughout North Central Florida to help people overcome barriers to sterilizing their pets. We provide affordable surgery through our low cost spay/neuter voucher program, partner with other nonprofits to provide transports, and promote the importance of fixing them all. By the end of this year (2026) we will have spayed or neutered over 20,000 pets through our program!
